A Secure Wireless Architecture
AsystomInfra is the backbone of the Asystom system, constantly monitoring your machines and spotting potential problems up to two months in advance.
It uses smart multi-sensor beacons that track a wide range of signals, including vibration, ultrasound, and temperature.
Asystom devices use LoRaWAN for their IoT connectivity. This technology allows for secure, encrypted, long-range wireless communication while keeping power usage low.
- Unlicensed (non-proprietary) radio frequency bands
- Long-range network coverage
- Low energy consumption
- Low cost of ownership

Connectivity for Maximum Scalability
The AsystomSentinel beacons can communicate with the LoRa gateway from up to a kilometer away, making it easy to monitor equipment across large facilities. Asystom can supply the LoRa gateways, which connect to the server via 4G or Ethernet, and each gateway supports over 100 beacons.
These beacons send their data securely to Asystom’s dedicated data storage, which is then accessible through the AsystomAdvisor platform, giving you real-time views of your equipment’s health through a web application.
The system’s open architecture allows for flexible deployment – the application with its advanced diagnostics can be installed in the cloud or on-premise, giving you maximum flexibility, security, and long-term data accessibility.

Various Options from Cloud Based to On-Site Servers
You can choose to install the AsystomAdvisor application in the cloud or on your own servers, giving you control over security and ensuring long-term data accessibility.
Asystom prioritizes data security with advanced encryption and authentication, and their infrastructure isolates each customer’s data for complete confidentiality.
For added flexibility, the entire solution can even be deployed on your own servers and integrated with your existing systems.
