The IP pump features a back pull-out design, allowing for the complete rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing the casing, simplifying maintenance and minimising downtime.
Its double volute casing extends bearing and seal life, while wear rings in composite material maintain optimal efficiency and reliability. The pump casing is designed to handle pressures up to 100 bar, ensuring robust performance in high-pressure applications.
Reliable Operation and Easy Maintenance
The IP pump is equipped with oil or grease-lubricated bearings for smooth operation and extended service life. It utilizes a cartridge mechanical seal with a seal plan conforming to API standards, ensuring reliable sealing and simplified maintenance. For applications requiring vertical installation, optional configurations are available.
