Düchting MCC Pump
The Ultimate Solution for Abrasive and Corrosive Liquids
The Düchting MCC pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump engineered for exceptional performance and longevity in the most demanding applications.
Designed with a back pull-out configuration, it excels at handling abrasive and corrosive liquids, thanks to the extensive use of SICcast, a proprietary ceramic material, for all wetted components.
Advanced Hydraulic Design
The MCC pump features a closed impeller with three-dimensionally curved vanes, driven by a key, enabling reverse rotation for applications like back-flushing.
A standout feature is the re-adjustable inclined gap between the impeller and wear plate.
This allows for on-site optimisation of efficiency and differential pressure, even after extended operation, ensuring sustained performance and minimizing downtime.
Robust Construction and Maintenance Made Easy
Equipped with a single-acting, metal-free DÜTEC-C cartridge mechanical seal with externally located springs, the MCC pump minimises seal wear and simplifies maintenance.
Durable, oil-lubricated roller bearings and the back pull-out design further enhance reliability and ease of service.
This design allows for the complete rotating assembly to be disassembled without disturbing the pump casing, minimising downtime and maintenance costs.
Patented Design for Superior Performance
The patented design of the MCC pump allows for the construction of extremely large pumps at low cost, making it a highly efficient and economical solution for challenging applications. This technology represents the current pinnacle of design for FGD absorber recirculation pumps, offering unparalleled durability and performance.
