The Düchting MCS pump is a robust submersible centrifugal pump engineered to thrive in challenging environments.
This single-stage pump is specifically designed for handling abrasive and corrosive liquids, making it ideal for applications like flue gas desulfurisation, incinerators, water treatment, and seawater desalination.
SICcast® for Superior Durability
All hydraulic components in contact with the pumped liquid are crafted from SICcast®, Düchting’s proprietary ceramic material.
This ensures exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion, significantly extending the pump’s operational life and minimising maintenance needs, even in harsh conditions.
Engineered for Reliability and Performance
The MCS pump features a vertical suction flange with an integrated strainer and a radial discharge flange. It offers a choice of open or closed impellers with spatially curved vanes, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. A dual mechanical seal arrangement, featuring a pump-side bellow seal, provides an extra layer of protection against leakage.
To further enhance reliability, the MCS pump incorporates a moisture sensor in an oil reservoir between the pump and motor, providing early detection of potential issues. The pump is driven by a stainless steel submersible three-phase motor with IP68 protection, ensuring reliable operation even when fully submerged.
