Düchting WRS Pump
Submersible Excellence for Abrasive and Corrosive Liquids
The Düchting WRS pump is a single-stage, vertical centrifugal pump designed for demanding submersible applications.
Engineered to handle abrasive and corrosive liquids with ease, this robust pump is ideal for industries like flue gas desulfurization, chemical processing, water treatment, and seawater desalination.
Material Versatility for Diverse Applications
The WRS pump offers exceptional flexibility in material selection. It can be manufactured in a wide range of metals, from cast iron to SUPER DUPLEX stainless steel, ensuring compatibility with various aggressive liquids and demanding environments.
This allows for precise tailoring of the pump to the specific application and operating conditions.
Optimised Hydraulic Design
The WRS pump features a vertical suction flange with an integrated strainer and a radial discharge flange, facilitating seamless integration into various piping systems.
Its closed impeller with three-dimensionally curved vanes ensures efficient and reliable performance.
A key feature is the re-adjustable inclined gap between the impeller and wear plate. This allows for on-site optimisation of efficiency and differential pressure, even after extended operation, ensuring sustained performance and minimising downtime.
Engineered for Reliability and Longevity
The WRS pump incorporates a single-acting mechanical seal to prevent leaks and ensure reliable operation. A moisture sensor in an oil reservoir between the pump and motor provides early detection of potential issues, further enhancing reliability.
The pump is driven by a submersible IEC three-phase motor with IP68 protection, guaranteeing reliable operation even when fully submerged.
Easy Maintenance and Long Service Life
The Düchting WRS pump is designed for easy maintenance and a long service life, even under challenging operating conditions.
Its robust construction and thoughtful design minimise downtime and contribute to a lower total cost of ownership.
Compliance
ATEX approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres upon request.
