Optimised Hydraulic Performance
The WR pump offers both closed and open impeller options to suit specific needs.
The impeller is keyed to the shaft, allowing for reverse rotation, which is beneficial for operations like back-flushing.
A key feature is the re-adjustable inclined gap between the impeller and volute casing. This enables on-site optimisation of efficiency and differential pressure, even after prolonged use, ensuring sustained performance and reduced operating costs.
Built for Reliability and Easy Maintenance
The WR pump utilizes a DÜTEC single mechanical seal with external springs for effective shaft sealing. Gland packing and other mechanical seal options are also available to cater to specific application requirements.
Durable, oil-lubricated roller bearings contribute to smooth operation and extended service life.
The back pull-out design allows for the complete rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing the pump casing, minimising downtime during maintenance.
